COKO India is a luxury ceramic lifestyle and tableware brand under Incmett Global LLP, Greater Noida. We are a fast-growing brand known for premium handcrafted products, strong aesthetics, and attention to detail.
We're looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, office coordination, documentation, and communication within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office activities, records, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining files related to sales, purchase, and inventory.
- Draft and send professional emails, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and clients.
- Handle petty cash, vouchers, and expense reports.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, calls, and administrative tasks.
- Assist marketing team with coordination for social media and online operations.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools (like Canva, ChatGPT, CRM, etc.)
