Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Noida. The Administrative Assistant will manage a variety of day-to-day activities such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling clerical tasks, and providing executive-level administrative support. This role also involves managing communications, maintaining organizational efficiency, and supporting broader administrative functions as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage day-to-day tasks and ensure organizational support.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls professionally and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with scheduling, prioritization, and operational tasks.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite) and other administrative tools is a plus.
- Degree or certification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
