Role Description
This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role based on-site in Noida. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, managing communications, and coordinating meetings. The role involves clerical duties, supporting executives with administrative needs, and ensuring smooth operations by maintaining efficient processes and records.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing calendars and scheduling
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is advantageous
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is a plus
