Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration & Coordination
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning workplace.
- Manage front-desk activities, visitor coordination, and housekeeping supervision.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and procurement.
2. Facility & Asset Management
- Coordinate facility maintenance, electrical/IT issues, and repairs with vendors.
- Maintain records of company assets like laptops, ID cards, access cards, and other inventory.
- Supervise office equipment such as printers, biometric systems, CCTV, etc.
3. Vendor & Procurement Management
- Liaise with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, repairs, and AMC services.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely procurement within budget.
- Process vendor bills, quotations, and maintain documentation.
4. Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate employee travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs).
- Support logistics arrangements for company events, meetings, and conferences.
5. Administration Documentation
- Maintain admin-related files, agreements, and records.
- Prepare reports on expenses, consumption, maintenance schedules, etc.
- Handle courier services (incoming/outgoing) and maintain MIS reports.
6. HR & Operations Support
- Assist in onboarding new joiners (ID cards, seat allocation, workstation setup).
- Support HR in employee engagement activities and office events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to admin and facility management.
7. Safety & Compliance
- Monitor adherence to safety, hygiene, and fire safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with building management/landlord for facility-related matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
