About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Staff Manager who will also serve as the front-facing representative of our office. This role combines reception management, HR coordination, and overall office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming, efficient work environment.
You will be the go-to person for staff coordination, HR processes, client interactions, and administrative support—making sure the office runs seamlessly and reflects a professional, positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations — greet visitors, handle calls, and respond to inquiries.
- Oversee day-to-day office activities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist in recruitment and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
- Handle basic finance tasks like petty cash, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support management in administrative tasks.
- Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and aligned with company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in office administration, HR, or front desk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and a proactive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
