About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Staff Manager who will also serve as the front-facing representative of our office. This role combines reception management, HR coordination, and overall office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming, efficient work environment.

You will be the go-to person for staff coordination, HR processes, client interactions, and administrative support—making sure the office runs seamlessly and reflects a professional, positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations — greet visitors, handle calls, and respond to inquiries.
  • Oversee day-to-day office activities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support employee engagement, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
  • Handle basic finance tasks like petty cash, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support management in administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and aligned with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in office administration, HR, or front desk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
