Office Administrator

Role & responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office operations including facilities management and supplies
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain company records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events
- Assist in basic accounting tasks like invoice processing, expense reports, and petty cash management
- Manage document handling including preparation and notarization
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlord as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Have strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Preferably be familiar with project management or ERP tools
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Exhibit exceptional time management and multitasking skills
