As a Guest Relationship Officer at Kauvery Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients and their families. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with support, information, and assistance throughout their journey in our healthcare system. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

  2. Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies to patients and their families.

  3. Assist patients in completing registration and admission processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  4. Address any inquiries or concerns from guests, acting as a liaison between patients and hospital staff.

  5. Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure that patient needs are met promptly and effectively.

  6. Handle feedback and complaints professionally, working towards resolution and enhancing guest satisfaction.

  7. Maintain confidentiality of patient information while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

  8. Conduct follow-up with patients post-discharge to gather feedback and ensure continued satisfaction.

  9. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and enhance guest relationship management.

Skills Required:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
