Job Summary:

The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience for all guests. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments smoothly.
  • Address guest needs and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest requirements.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist with guest feedback collection.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and build long-term relationships through excellent service.
  • Assist in organizing special events or VIP guest arrangements.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in guest relations or front office (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Tamil (knowledge of other languages is an added advantage).
  • Pleasant personality with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software preferred).
