Leading diagnostic center looking for **Guest Relations Officer**in **Chennai** location

**Work Location**: Purasawalkam, Nungambakkam, Adyar, Vadapalani & Chromepet

**Qualification**: Any UG/PG or Bsc/MBA - Hospitality Management

**Experience**: Fresher/Experience in any guest relations or customer service.

**Shift**: Rotational **(No night shift for Female)**

**Shift Timings**: 6am - 2.30pm | 12.30pm - 9pm | 9pm - 7am.

**Salary**:INR 15,000 - INR 30,000 (Based on experience)

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic system knowledge

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival and assist them through the service process.
- Guide patients through registration, billing, Doctor Appointment, sample collection, and report collection areas.
- Coordinate with laboratory, front office, and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Provide accurate information to patients regarding tests, procedures, wait times, and report delivery.
- Address patient queries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure the waiting area is orderly and patients are attended to in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to company protocols, patient confidentiality, and hygiene standards.
- Collect patient feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.

**Only immediate joiners are required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
