Guest Relation Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring a warm welcome and smooth experience for all guests. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining a positive brand image.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments smoothly.
- Address guest needs and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest requirements.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with guest feedback collection.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and build long-term relationships through excellent service.
- Assist in organizing special events or VIP guest arrangements.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations or front office (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Tamil (knowledge of other languages is an added advantage).
- Pleasant personality with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software preferred).
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
