Executive Assistant to The Founder & Creative Director
LOCATION:
Kala Ghoda, Mumbai
CANDIDATES ONLY BASED IN MUMBAI, PREFERABLY SOUTH MUMBAI, ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the Founder's strategic partner, ensuring alignment across design, production, marketing, and sales.
• Identify, structure, and implement SOPs to standardize workflows across departments.
• Supervise inter-departmental communication and maintain accountability on key deliverables.
• Oversee brand operations — from collections and campaigns to client experience and execution.
• Track all ongoing projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Provide structured updates, reports, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively streamline processes.
• Coordinate creative reviews, approvals, and production schedules with precision.
• Ensure clarity, discretion, and seamless workflow across all brand touchpoints.
• Support leadership in maintaining excellence, order, and consistency across business functions.
Qualifications & Prerequisites
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in executive coordination, preferably within fashion or luxury.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — especially Excel.
• Skilled in organizational tools and AI-assisted systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
• High discretion, adaptability, and a refined sense of professionalism.
