About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be the founder's right hand ensuring smooth communication, calendar management and execution across professional and personal priorities.

This role demands a balance of sharp business sense, confidentiality and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

  • Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel itineraries (domestic and international).
  • Handle email correspondence, calls and meeting requests efficiently.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations and reports prior to meetings.
  • Track follow-ups, project timelines and ensure commitments are met.

2. Business Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
  • Support in preparation of business decks, proposals and meeting summaries.
  • Assist in research, data gathering and documentation for key business initiatives.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all business matters.

3. Personal Assistance

  • Oversee personal errands, appointments, and logistics as required.
  • Coordinate family and personal travel, events and important dates.
  • Manage expenses, reimbursements and financial tracking for personal and professional needs.

4. Operational Efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflow and optimize time management.
  • Maintain task lists, reminders and ensure timely execution.
  • Support in planning company events or founder-led initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting a senior leader or entrepreneur.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Suite / Notion / Slack.
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic schedules and priorities.
