What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, schedules, and day-to-day admin tasks.
- Coordinate content workflows (video uploads, submissions, deadlines).
- Handle basic accounting, invoicing, and operational documentation.
- Be the bridge between internal teams and external partners.
- Support founders in managing priorities and boosting productivity.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' experience in admin, operations, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- (Bonus) Experience in digital, media, or content teams.
