Role Overview:

We are a Mumbai-based Financial Technology company looking for a professional, well-groomed and presentable Personal Assistant to the CEO. The role involves providing high-level executive and administrative support while representing the CEO and the organization with professionalism in internal and external interactions.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Support

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Prepare documents, presentations, emails, and reports
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential information with discretion

Travel & Logistics

  • Plan and coordinate business travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
  • Accompany the CEO for business travel when required
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics during travel

Communication & Coordination

  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Draft professional communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, clients, and internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree (any discipline)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • Ability to handle pressure, changing priorities, and sensitive matters
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements

  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership or CXO-level executives
  • Exposure to finance, fintech, or corporate environments
  • Professional appearance with well-groomed presentation
  • Pleasing, confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Poised, courteous, and articulate in professional and client-facing settings
