SUMMARY
Job Title: Relationship Officer Multilingual (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales by engaging with interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing long-term relationships, promoting our high-quality plywood products, and ensuring a consistent flow of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with interior designers, contractors, architects, and builders to promote our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to generate regular business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our plywood.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to provide valuable insights.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Requirements Location: South Kolkata (Work from Office)
Preferred Candidates: South or Central Kolkata
Experience: Min. 1 year in International Voice Support (Sales)
Qualification: Any Graduate (CBSE/ICSE background preferred)
Languages Proficiency : Must be proficient in any one of the south Languages ( Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam)
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
Salary- Upto 25k in hand +PF
10am-7pm shift
Monday to Saturday working. Sunday fixed off
