Job Summary

Adekon Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) for its Branch Banking division in Howrah, West Bengal. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, and supporting daily banking operations. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers for branch banking services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and service queries.
  • Promote banking products and explain benefits to customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
  • Support branch team in day-to-day operations and reporting.

Skills Required

  • Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
  • Customer service and convincing ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry).
  • Ability to work under targets and in a team environment.

Eligibility

  • Minimum HS Pass (Higher Secondary).
  • Freshers can Male or female Both can apply
  • Must be legally eligible to work in India.
