We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales revenue.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with sales software and tools to manage sales data and performance metrics.
