Sr Sales Manager – SaaS Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive customer acquisition, and expand our presence in the SaaS market. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, nurturing key client relationships, and building a high-performing sales pipeline across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the SaaS domain.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable).
• Develop account-based strategies for enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Conduct or collaborate product demos and present value propositions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize lead generation, onboarding, and retention.
• Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates; prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
• Negotiate and close complex deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales; 3+ years in SaaS or technology-based solution sales.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling, pipeline management, and enterprise account handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on outcomes.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in fast-paced, target-oriented environments.
Preferred Experience
• Experience selling AI, cloud, automation, or analytics-based SaaS products.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
• Exposure to international markets or multi-channel SaaS distribution.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monthly / quarterly ARR & MRR targets achieved.
• New logos acquired and retention rate of existing customers.
• Deal conversion rate and sales cycle efficiency.
