Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager – South Asia
to lead our growth across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Maldives. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality technology, has a proven track record in enterprise SaaS or hotel tech sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hotel groups and system integrators.
- Manage direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to decision-makers.
- Work closely with leadership to align sales objectives with business growth plans.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience in hospitality technology or SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and technology ecosystems (PMS, POS, CRM, etc.).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in enterprise or B2B environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
