Area Contract Logistics Customer Onboarding Project Manager

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your project management expertise + skills to the delivery of customer on-boarding Your Role
Your primary objective will be to set-up, execute, manage + coordinate customer + internal implementations on behalf of the Project Sponsor, using our customer on-boarding methodology + Zero Failure processes. Your Responsibilities
You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

• To support the assigned project team as well as supporting, coaching + challenging project team members + providing guidance on projects, career + development.

• To ensure that assigned projects are implemented on time, within budget + with the right quality, ensuring that all relevant methodologies + the Zero Failure processes are followed at all times.

• To manage the scope (+ scope changes), project progress, project budget + risks within the assigned projects + between different countries, plus maintaining all project documentation.

• To provide internal + external (customer) status reporting on time. Your Skills and Experiences


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; PMP/Prince2 certification preferred.


• 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or customer onboarding.


• Proven ability to lead end-to-end customer onboarding projects with cross-functional and global teams.


• Strong command of project planning, execution, risk management, and quality compliance.


• Proficient in using project management tools to track scope, cost, and timelines.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.


• Resourceful, analytical, and able to drive zero-failure project delivery under tight deadlines. Good Reasons to Join
