Role & responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

  • Design and execute rider acquisition strategies to meet monthly fleet targets across all micro-warehouses.

  • Build a funnel of sourcing channels (online, offline, referrals, agency tie-ups).

  • Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Partner with job portals, local recruiters, and gig platforms.

  • Run WhatsApp/Telegram campaigns and referral programs.

  • Ensure high conversion from leads onboarded riders active riders.

  • Onboarding & Compliance

  • Oversee KYC, background verification (Aadhaar, DL, RC, police checks).

  • Implement standardized rider training modules and app onboarding.

  • Team Leadership

  • Manage a small team of tele-callers, field recruiters, and onboarding executives.

  • Track team KPIs: cost per hire, lead-to-join ratio, attrition rates.

  • Process Optimization

  • Deploy CRM or lead management tools (Zoho Bigin, LeadSquared).

  • Automate calling, reminders, and documentation wherever possible.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations managers to align rider supply with demand peaks.

  • Share hiring dashboards and weekly reports with leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 48 years of experience in high-volume blue-collar hiring (logistics, Q-commerce, e-commerce, staffing agencies).
  • Proven track record of scaling fleet/rider supply across multiple cities.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, compliance, and background verification processes.
  • Experience managing recruiters/tele-callers and meeting hiring SLAs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, autodialers, WhatsApp automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
