About the Role:

Throne Solutions is seeking a proactive and customer-focused
IT Support Engineer
to provide end-user technical support across various systems and environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS platforms, experience supporting productivity tools like Office 365 and Google Workspace, and a solid foundation in networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for
    Windows
    and
    macOS
    devices.
  • Manage and support users on
    Office 365
    and
    Google Workspace
    platforms.
  • Troubleshoot
    network connectivity issues
    , including TCP/IP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
  • Handle incident tickets and service requests via tools such as
    ServiceNow
    ,
    Jira
    ,
    Freshservice
    , or
    Zendesk
    .
  • Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and system updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support when necessary.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution to meet SLA targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in
    IT helpdesk or desktop support
    roles.
  • Proficiency in
    Windows 10/11
    ,
    macOS
    , and
    Office 365
    administration.
  • Working knowledge of
    basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
    .
  • Experience with ticketing and asset management systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (Certifications):

  • CompTIA A+
    (strongly preferred)
  • ITIL Foundation
    certification (nice to have)
