Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and proactive
Business Development Executives
to expand our client base by identifying and onboarding new companies for recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking abilities, a consultative approach, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies requiring recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business heads, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to network, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Good understanding of business operations and hiring processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to negotiate effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in client acquisition, relationship management, or business development (3–5 years).
- Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is preferred but
not mandatory
