We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive & Recruiter to join our team at New Chase Consultancy Services. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients as well as managing in-house hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and conducting the first round of interviews while ensuring a smooth recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various job portals, networking, and references.
  • Conduct the first round of interviews (telephonic/virtual/personal) for client requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle for in-house positions at New Chase Consultancy Services.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in HR operations and other related tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years in recruitment/HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practices.

Salary Package: 20,000 35,000 per month (depending on experience & performance).
