Position: HR Recruiter / HR Executive

Preferred Gender: Female

Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year (in recruitment / HR operations)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Work from Mulund Office)

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Manage recruitment for plant and office positions in coordination with respective department heads.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Post job openings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.

Conduct initial HR rounds and assist in salary negotiations.

Support HR documentation – offer letters, appointment letters, joining formalities.

Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when required.

Assist in attendance, leave management, and basic HR administrative work.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Know basics of using chat gpt.

Basic understanding of HR operations and documentation.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.

Positive attitude, organized, and self-driven.

Qualification:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.

Candidates with certification in HR / Talent Acquisition preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27, ₹30,000.00 per month
