Position: HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent that aligns with our companys vision and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and draft job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and culture fit.
  • Ensure a seamless interview experience and effective coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring MIS.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment drives or job fairs.
  • Facilitate smooth on boarding and documentation processes for new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring mandates and meet deadlines.
  • A self-starter with strong ownership and attention to detail.
