Description
  • Identify and manage strategic relationships with potential channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain market intelligence and an understanding of market trends and client business needs
  • Identify and develop new, large-scale opportunities for lead generation with focus on lead generation through non traditional means i.e. referrals, pre-approved offers, hoardings etc.
  • Manage all leads and drive contact with customers to ensure maximum conversions.
  • Engage with channel partners to develop mutually profitable relationships and maximum lead generations.
  • Identify the product gap, conduct research on the product idea, test the viability of the product, develop the infrastructure required to launch the product, get internal approvals to launch the productand file the product with regulatory authorities
  • Propose product pricing, channel payout policies, sales incentive policy while ensuring timely processing of payouts and incentives
  • Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs including designing and conducting sales contests and running marketing campaigns
  • Give inputs for website updation and share analytics to improve productivity and effectiveness of processes and business
  • ensure adequate training interventions on systems and processes while monitoring progress and publishing figures
  • Share analytics and competition with management to ensure profit making decisions are made.
  • Keep abreast of current market trends by conducting market research so as to design and introduce new products relevant to the market needs
