Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to deliver client requirements efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and update data regularly.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and service improvement.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in client communication and engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and feedback trends.
  • Ensure timely communication and professional representation of the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or communication).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, good time management, and ability to multitask.
