Territory Sales Manager - FMCG/OTC Sales - 5 Years - Guwahati/Silchar

Location: Guwahati/Silchar

An exciting opportunity for an experienced FMCG/OTC sales professional to drive business growth, expand distribution, and lead frontline sales teams in a dynamic hygiene and baby care segment.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Expand distribution width and depth across retail, wholesale, and modern trade.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and trade partners.
  • Lead, train, and guide sales teams (SOs/ISRs).
  • Forecast sales accurately and ensure timely product availability.
  • Conduct reviews and implement sales strategies to maximize coverage and revenues.
Requirements
  • Graduate with 6 years of FMCG/OTC experience OR MBA with 3 years of FMCG/OTC experience.
  • Strong team handling experience is mandatory.
  • Skills in sales forecasting, coverage planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
