Cashier Cum Accountant

Position Overview The role involves managing daily accounting operations handling cash transactions and ensuring timely financial reporting in a manufacturing setup The candidate will reside within factory premises and uphold professional accountability in a high-responsibility environment Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue sales invoices collect cash from customers against deliveries Generate E-way bills and E-invoices directly through Tally wherever applicable Post all purchase receipt payment and journal entries into Tally with accuracy Systematically file and maintain physical and digital documents for easy retrieval Maintain a leave register in accordance with the Factories Act requirements Prepare monthly payroll for factory staff ensuring statutory compliance Support all additional accounting tasks or documentation assigned by the enterprise Reside within the factory premises single-room accommodation will be provided by the company Work Conditions Working hours 9 00 AM to 6 00 PM across the week Actual out-time may be flexible based on workload The role entails continuous responsibility and calls for completion of assigned duties within stipulated timeframes Work may occasionally extend beyond scheduled hours including Sundays depending on operational needs this is within the scope of professional obligations and employment terms Annual leave entitlement 22 working days Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Silchar Assam Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 15 07 2025
