Position Title Cashier cum Attendance Incharge Department Administration Accounts Reporting To Principal AO HR Department Job Objective To manage the school s cash transactions and ensure accurate maintenance of student and staff attendance records supporting smooth administrative and financial operations within the campus Key Roles and Responsibilities 1 Cash Handling Accounting 1 1 Manage daily collection of fees fines and other school payments as per approved norms 1 2 Issue receipts for all transactions and maintain accurate records in the cashbook 1 3 Deposit daily collections in the bank and reconcile accounts regularly 1 4 Maintain a petty cash register and process approved reimbursements 1 5 Support in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements 2 Attendance Management 2 1 Record and monitor daily student attendance through the prescribed system 2 2 Ensure timely staff attendance entry and verification for payroll processing 2 3 Maintain leave records and update attendance registers accurately 2 4 Coordinate with HR Principal for reporting absenteeism late arrivals or discrepancies 2 5 Prepare and share daily weekly monthly attendance summaries as required 3 Administrative Support 3 1 Maintain and update office key entry register and ensure accountability 3 2 Support in preparing various administrative reports and documentation 3 3 Assist in parent interactions related to fee clarifications and attendance queries 3 4 Coordinate with departments for smooth data flow between Accounts HR and Academics 3 5 Ensure confidentiality and safe record-keeping of financial and attendance documents 4 Professional Conduct 4 1 Maintain integrity accuracy and timeliness in all assigned duties 4 2 Display a positive courteous and service-oriented attitude 4 3 Handle multitasking roles efficiently under supervision 4 4 Maintain punctuality professional grooming and adherence to school policies Key Skills Attributes Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily operations Trustworthy disciplined and organized Positive attitude and teamwork approach Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have prior experience working as a cashier or handling cash transactions Have you worked in a school or educational institution before How many years of experience do you have in accounting or administrative work Are you proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software e g Tally or ERP systems What is your highest qualification
