Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in Silchar. The Branch Head will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage and lead branch staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies to achieve branch targets, providing training and support to staff, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Understanding of the insurance industry and financial products

  • Experience in a managerial role within the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
