- **Achieve Sales Targets**:The primary goal is to meet or exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while also identifying and acquiring new clients.
- **Sales Planning and Execution**:Create and execute sales plans, including identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing the sales pipeline.
- **Lead Generation and Management**:Identify and qualify leads, develop and manage a pipeline of potential customers, and follow up on leads to close deals.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:Provide product or service information and demonstrations to customers, both individually and in groups.
- **Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence**:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Reporting and Forecasting**:Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other sales-related documentation.
- **Team Leadership (if applicable)**:Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their goals.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to enhance the customer experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
