Sales trainees are responsible for supporting the sales team, learning sales techniques, and assisting in customer acquisition and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Learning Sales Processes**: Sales trainees are expected to learn and master the company's sales procedures, including understanding the products and services offered.
- **Market Research**: Conducting research on potential clients and market trends is a crucial duty. This helps the sales team tailor their strategies and offerings to meet customer needs effectively.
- **Sales Presentations**: Trainees may assist in preparing sales presentations and materials, ensuring that they are well-informed about the products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Administrative Support**: They often perform clerical tasks such as maintaining customer databases, processing documents, and organizing supplies, which are essential for smooth sales operations.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns is another important responsibility.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: As they gain experience, trainees may contribute to developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
