We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer service, and on-ground execution to ensure consistent revenue performance and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned area.


• Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, or retail partners.


• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.


• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.


• Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.


• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.


• Implement promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.


• Collect market feedback and relay actionable insights to management.

Requirements:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in sales (FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or similar sectors preferred). Preferably worked in perishable products category in stores like Nature's basket, Loyal World, Namdharis etc.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Strong problem-solving attitude and result-oriented mindset.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Good knowledge of the Bangalore market and surrounding areas.


• Proficiency in MS (Excel


• Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

• Local language proficiency (Kannada and English).
