Job Description: Retail Sales Officer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Officer. As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our jewellery department.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers regarding our jewellery collection.

- Assist customers in selecting the perfect piece of jewellery based on their preferences and budget.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed.

- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Knowledge of different types of jewellery and gemstones is a plus.
