Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Retail Sales Assistant. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers in finding products, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Other duties include managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness and displays, processing sales transactions, and actively contributing to achieving store sales targets. Collaboration with the retail team to meet customer needs and uphold the brand's standards is a crucial aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering outstanding Customer Experience
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and team members
  • Retail Sales and Sales skills to assist customers and achieve sales goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
  • Basic computer skills for handling sales transactions
  • Prior experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not mandatory
  • A passion for customer interaction and a commitment to representing the brand effectively
