Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
  • Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement at the counter.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Manage customer feedback, exchanges, and after-sales service efficiently.
  • Support inventory management and stock-taking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in jewellery or fashion retail sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and customer handling abilities.
  • Basic computer and billing knowledge (POS system familiarity preferred).
  • Presentable, confident, and proactive approach toward sales.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
