- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and replenishing stock.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge and passion for Indian Special Occasion Women's Wear is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
