Quality of Integration & CRM

  • To create and execute CRM campaigns for NSOs and take-off stores
  • Program manage new stores by working closely with vendors, marketing team, ABMs & RBMs

Ensure sustainability of key business processes

  • Maintain Effective MIS & Trackers
  • Ensure weekly / monthly reviews & initiation of actions & realignment
  • Achieve the targeted number of Takeoff stores against the budget
