Job Description:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead- Retail Operations Mia. This role will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations of our Mia Business department in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability for the Mia Business department
  • Manage and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
  • Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management to ensure availability of products
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide feedback to the team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in retail operations and customer service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewellery industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to retail operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail software systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
