- Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising

- Familiarity with retail software and systems

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fragrance industry

- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences

- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions

- Strong negotiation and networking skills

- Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales and achieve targets for LFS Chains, specialty retail, Titan World retail channel & kiosks

- Manage and oversee the operations of all retail outlets, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service

- Train and motivate retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic decisions

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotions and campaigns

- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and negotiate favorable terms

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all retail outlets

- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met and inventory is managed effectively

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fragrance industry

- Strong understanding of the fragrance industry and market trends

- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising

- Familiarity with retail software and systems
