Back Office Coordinator

Role & responsibilities
- Handle all administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and filing.
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Promotional emails/ invitation letters campaign
- Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, processing orders
- Enquiry generation through cold calling
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure timely product delivery and resolution of issues.
- Follow up with clients on sales leads, orders, and deliverables.
- Provide customer support by addressing concerns or questions regarding orders or product information.
- Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and other sales-related activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator, administrative support, or in a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Only Male Candidates preferred.
- Experience: 1 year to 4 year any Candidate but good to have Machine Tool Industry.
