Job Title: Field Sales Officer Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Sales Head / Regional Manager Job Summary: The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting company products, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area. This position offers excellent learning and growth opportunities for fresh graduates interested in sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers, dealers, and distributors to promote and sell company products. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market surveys to understand competitor activities and customer needs. Assist in marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional events. Prepare daily sales reports and update the manager on progress. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline). Freshers can apply; experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic personality. Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools is desirable. Work Location: Field-based (as per assigned territory)

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
