Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive/Vendor Payment to manage customer and vendor billing operations, verify invoices, and ensure timely and accurate processing of bills and payments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with billing software, Tally/ERP systems, and a good understanding of Basic GST,and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customer and vendor invoices accurately.
  • Verify and reconcile billing data with purchase orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure timely generation and dispatch of invoices to clients/vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Procurement, Accounts) for billing inputs and approvals.
  • Record and maintain all billing-related transactions in Tally / ERP system.
  • Handle basic GST, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Follow up with clients and vendors for payment status and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Prepare periodic reports on billing, collections, and outstanding payments.
  • Assist in month-end closing, reconciliations, and audits related to billing.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all invoices and supporting records.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).
  • 2 to 7 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts.
  • Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, BAsic SAP knowledge.
  • Good understanding of basic GST, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and documentation abilities.
