Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Payment Posting Executive
to join our RCM team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, performing reconciliation, and ensuring timely and error-free financial transactions in alignment with US healthcare RCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post insurance and patient payments (EOBs, EFTs, ERAs, checks) into the billing system accurately and promptly.
  • Reconcile daily deposits and ensure all payments are balanced.
  • Identify and report any payment discrepancies, denials, or underpayments.
  • Work with AR and billing teams to resolve posting issues or rejections.
  • Maintain payment posting logs and support month-end reconciliation.
  • Handle adjustments, refunds, and write-offs as per company policy.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data security standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly payment posting reports for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Commerce or related field preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (Payment Posting process).
  • Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, and payer remittance advice.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work in-office (Pune location).
