Vigocare is a healthcare technology company founded in 2018 in Hyderabad and head quartered in Singapore. The company mission is to take clinical grade monitoring and care delivery beyond the physical boundaries of a hospital setting. The company currently operates in India and Australia markets with plans to expand globally. Vigo's technology platform is distinguished by its capability to deliver Clinical grade Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions across a variety of disease conditions spanning multiple specializations.
Business Model:
Adopting medical Software as a Service (SaaS) model, Vigo collaborates with healthcare providers, enabling them with tools and technology to monitor patient vitals. The doctors are the key prescribers of the service to their patients and hence directly influence the revenue of Vigocare. Vigo solutions are used by 1300+ doctors and 40 hospitals across India and Australia. About 40,000+ patients are monitored for over 1million hours on our Remote Patient monitoring technology platform.
Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Vigocare's business development strategy within the healthcare sector.
You will be responsible for reaching out to hospitals, pitching our unique value propositions to key decision-makers, and effectively navigating the decision making hierarchy to close deals.
Your role will focus on shortening the sales cycle and increasing lead to-conversion rates through strategic follow-up mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Outreach and Business Development
: * Proactively reach out to hospitals and healthcare institutions to identify and develop potential business opportunities. * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through strategic outreach and relationship-building activities.

Product Pitch and Demonstrations
: * Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Vigocare's USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) to CXOs and senior decision-makers within target hospitals Tailor pitches to address the specific needs and pain points of each potential client.
3.
Decision-Making Hierarchy Navigation:
Analyze and understand the decision-making hierarchy within hospitals and healthcare enterprises. Effectively pitch to the appropriate Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure that the right stakeholders are engaged.
4.
Follow-Up and Sales Cycle Optimization
: Develop and implement a structured follow-up mechanism to shorten the sales cycle and enhance lead-to-conversion rates.
