Role Overview

We're looking for a
Founding Enterprise Sales manager
who's ready to do it all — from pipeline building to closing to shaping the GTM motion. You'll work closely with the founder to identify ideal customers, refine positioning, and close strategic early-stage deals that set the foundation for future growth.

This isn't a "just-run-the-playbook" role —
you'll be helping write the playbook
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from discovery and demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Work closely with the founder to refine ICP, positioning, and pricing strategy.
  • Qualify and convert inbound interest, and collaborate with BDRs to scale outbound efforts.
  • Personalize outreach using tools like
    Apollo, HubSpot, PhantomBuster
    , or your own stack.
  • Run crisp discovery and demo calls that connect DecisionX's product to business value.
  • Build strong relationships with champions and navigate complex buying groups.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in the CRM.
  • Feed market insights directly into product, marketing, and GTM strategy.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    B2B SaaS sales in Enterprise
    , with at least 2 years in full-cycle closing roles.
  • Experience of selling to North America and EU region.
  • Proven ability to
    sell to senior decision-makers
    in sales, marketing, or RevOps functions.
  • Track record of
    hitting or exceeding quotas
    in early or mid-stage startups.
  • Strong demo and discovery skills — consultative, curious, and credible.
  • High ownership mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching.
  • Passion for AI and excitement to help build something from zero to one.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling
    GTM, data, or AI platforms
    .
  • Familiarity with RevOps workflows and GTM automation tools.
  • Past experience working in founder-led sales or being the first AE.
