Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building with potential clients.
- Identify client needs and provide solutions using company offerings such as insurance products.
- Meet sales targets by effectively communicating value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion and networking
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
