Job Title: Demand Marketing manager – Fintech
Location: India
Department: Demand Marketing
Reports to: Senior Demand Marketer – Fintech
About the role:
As a Demand Marketer, you will be responsible for driving demand for Fintech products using a range of channels. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to drive revenue growth. You will work closely across the marketing department, sales, and product teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Planning:
- Lead GTM planning for new campaign launches and newly acquired and existing Fintech products, working in collaboration with the Portfolio marketing team - producing a GTM campaign pack to serve as the basis of all activity across marketing, sales and CRM teams.
Audience focus
- Work with key stakeholders to understand the target audience for your products and develop audience focused campaign plans and messaging.
Demand and Lead generation.
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion of our Fintech products.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and events.
Content and Messaging
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
- Work with the brand team to develop assets that have an impact on your audience, leveraging tools to understand ad performance and continually optimise
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key opportunities to position our products ahead of the competition and cut through the market 'noise'.
Performance monitoring
- Work with the Campaign Manager to ensure a clear plan is created and contains associated KPIs that are monitored and messaged back into the business
- Develop performance presentations to share with the wider marketing team and product/sales stakeholders as appropriate
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and marketing analytics tools.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation efforts and to inform future strategies.
- Manage the marketing automation platform and CRM system to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Sales Enablement
- Work closely with the SDR and sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to convert leads into customers.
- Ensure the comms team have an aligned internal awareness program where appropriate to support sales enablement and cross-sell.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving results.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand marketing in a SaaS or Fintech business.
- Good understanding of the SaaS and Fintech landscape, including digital platforms and regulatory considerations across B2B or B2C.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical features into compelling, client-centric messaging.
- Experience working in matrixed environments with cross-functional global teams across product, sales, and marketing.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Salesforce, Showpad, or other CRM and SAM's.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and clarity.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline content creation and campaign execution.
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple projects concurrently.
